• ✓You must invoice overseas merchants using a virtual account number for payment processing and provide the necessary details for settlement into the linked bank account, as our partners require. For context, "partners" refers to the business associates of Eximfiles/Dreamfuel Technologies Private Limited who are instrumental in facilitating transaction settlements and managing payment-related activities.
• ✓You consent to Eximfiles' use of your transaction & settlement data for product development & internal use, even if restricted by our partners. This enables legal and effective adherence to our agreement.
• ✓You are required to link a bank account from a Scheduled Commercial Bank to receive funds, the details of which are provided during the account activation process.
• ✓Fees will be deducted when transferring funds to your linked bank account. Settlement of funds from your transactions is expected within seven working days following payment from the overseas merchant into your Virtual Account. Eximfiles is not liable for delays caused by external parties.
• ✓You can receive transaction notifications, updates, and reminders via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, and Eximfiles maintains a secure record of your transactions and related funds.
• ✓Eximfiles commits to addressing your Platform-related queries or issues promptly and efficiently.
• ✓Eximfiles reserves the right to change or discontinue any services without prior notice. These are collectively referred to as "Services."
• ✓The relationship between you and Eximfiles is on a principal-to-principal basis and does not constitute a partnership, joint venture, or any other joint undertaking.
• ✓Third-party products or services offered on the Platform may require acceptance of additional terms and compliance with specific requirements. Eximfiles is not responsible for any losses from interactions with these third-party services.
